What should I do if the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged?

will be processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), and
corresponding product compensation will be provided.

You can cancel your order at “My Page > Order History” before or after payment.
However, please note that direct cancellation is not possible once the cut-off time for
delivery begins and the delivery process is initiated.

For orders placed on our website, we kindly request that customers take a video while
unboxing their orders. This will aid us in verifying the validity of any return requests.
Should you encounter any issues regarding the quality or condition of the items
received, please reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We
